Descendents formed in Manhattan Beach, California in 1977. The band is credited with pioneering pop punk and received critical acclaim for their high-energy approach and witty lyrics. Cut a paper strip at the width you want and place it around your dog’s neck. As a rule, 1" collars fit dogs under 30 lbs. Collars 1.5" or 2" wide work best for dogs over 50 lbs or long-neck breeds.
