By purchasing from Caninus Collars, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

1. Made to Order, No Returns

All collars and accessories are handmade to order. Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us at caninuscollars@gmail.com within 7 days with photos of the issue.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically made and shipped within 7 business days. Delivery usually takes up to 2 weeks, depending on your location.

You are responsible for receiving your order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or unavailability at delivery, you must resolve the issue directly with the shipping provider.

3. Product Use and Safety

All collars are built with heavy duty nylon webbing, welded metal hardware, and durable buckles. Some collars are made with fabric or ribbon overlays, others with biothane for a faux leather finish. Because every collar is unique, design placement may vary slightly from the product photos.

It is your responsibility to keep your pet safe at all times. Caninus Collars is not liable for injury, accidents, or escape if a pet breaks free or if products are used incorrectly. Always check your collar periodically for wear and tear and replace if necessary.

4. Care Instructions

Collars can be hand washed with warm water and soap, placed on the top rack of a dishwasher, or machine washed on a delicate cycle. Proper care will help extend the life of your collar.

5. Payment and Security

We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full payment details. All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Guest Checkout

You do not need an account to place an order. Just enter your shipping and payment information at checkout. We never sell or share your information.

7. Order Issues and Contact

If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of receiving your confirmation email, please contact us at caninuscollars@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to assist, but once an order is shipped, delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.
