Returns or Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we made an error with the order. To begin a return or exchange, contact info@caninuscollars.com with your order number.

If you would simply like to return your collar, you will incur a 15% restocking fee and will have to cover the return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives and there is an issue that is on our end such as we sent the wrong item or wrong style collar, please email info@caninuscollars.com within 7 days of receiving it.  Please be sure to check what you ordered prior to contacting us to make sure your order does not match. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Shipping Issues

Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier (usually USPS or UPS or the local service ).

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Returned packages due to non-pickup

You’ll need to contact the shipping provider directly to resolve those issues. We can’t call your local post office on your behalf.  Both UPS and USPS offer ways to file missing package reports on their website.

Processing and Delivery Time

  • Production time: 2-4 business days

  • Delivery time: Usually within 1 week

  • Please remember that ship time is not the same as processing time.  If you choose a faster shipping method it will not change the production time.  If you need a rush on your collar, please email us at info@caninuscollars.com and we will try to accommodate you.
